Set in a reserved and silent panoramic area just 4 km far from S. Gimignano, the Farmhouse Torre Prima is integral part of the farm, which developed thanks to the recovery of the traditional vine and olive tree growing. The presence of these plants which surround the farm confer a relaxing atmosphere to this place. It is possible to stay in the typical rural farmhouse completely restructured and in an independent villa just 500 m far all year round. |

'Apartment - Cipressi' (6/8 pax)
120 sq. m. apartment on the 1st floor with independent entrance, provided with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is enclosed in a bedroom). Large hall with big fireplace, rustic table with benches for 10-12 people. Sofa-bed with which you can host up to 8 people . Kitchen place composed of a kitchenette, 28 inch colour TV-set. Large garden place. Suitable for big families and groups.

Services
All our guests can benefit by various services: large car park, reserved garden with table, chairs and parasol use, Barbecue (at request), colour TV in the hall, washing machine and clothes-drier, complete linen.
Admittance to the swimming pool (14x7mt.) from 15/05 to 15/09 with deck-chairs and parasols. Facing a big valley and with panoramic view of San Gimignano, it offers a special and relaxing view of the surrounding hills in moments of relax.
At request of the customer tasting and purchase of typical products:
Vinsanto, Grappa, Extra-virgin Olive Oil, Chianti Colli Senesi and Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Visit of the cellars.

Coming from North
Take the highway A1 (Direction Firenze), exit at Firenze Certosa and take the Supertrada Siena-Firenze direction Siena, then exit at Poggibonsi Nord and carry on to San Gimignano. Once you leave, continue for about 4 km on the provincial road n. 1, you will find the fork for Cortennano on your right: after about 3 km you will find another fork with the sign “Torre Prima” on your right, from this point the farmhouse is 500 m far.
Coming from South
Take the highway A1 (Direction Firenze), exit Bettolle and take the superstrada to Siena. In Siena take the superstrada direction Florence and exit at Poggibonsi Nord and carry on to San Gimignano. Once you leave, continue for about 4 km on the provincial road n. 1, you will find the fork for Cortennano on your right: after about 3 km you will find another fork with the sign “Torre Prima” on your right, from this point the farmhouse is 500 m far.
