Apartment 2, on the ground floor, consists of a family kitchen/sitting room, two double bedroom (one of which can be made up as a twin room if requested) and a bathroom. From both bedrooms doors open onto a delightful garden terrace to the rear of the property from which a small flight of stairs leads to a large and private terrace.
Apartment 1, on the first floor of the villetta and accessed from a very nice private terrace with pergola, consists of a sitting room with dining area, kitchen, and two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.

Coming from North
Take the highway A1 (Direction Firenze), exit at Firenze Certosa and take the Supertrada Siena-Firenze direction Siena, then exit at Poggibonsi Nord. Follow directions to San Gimignano for 11 kilometers In San Gimignano, at the first roundabout turn to left direction Volterra and then take the first road on the left direction Santa Lucia.
Coming from South
Take the highway A1 (Direction Firenze), exit Bettolle and take the superstrada to Siena. In Siena take the superstrada direction Florence and exit at Poggibonsi Nord. Follow directions to San Gimignano for 11 kilometers. In San Gimignano, at the first roundabout turn to left direction Volterra and then take the first road on the left direction Santa Lucia.
