Small holiday apartments set in a land-house in the Tuscan countryside. Far away from other estates, “La Bufalaia” fits for those who love nature and silence. “La Bufalaia” consists of the land-house and the barn.
The front and back part of the house as well as the barn are the owners' dwelling. The twin holiday apartments occupy the central part of the house. “Il Pratino” is on the ground, “Il Tramonto” on the first floor.
Both apartments have their own parking area and entrance from the rear. The twin two-rooms apartments are free all year around and can be rented per week or per week-end; they are comfortable and well equipped.
They consist of: Kitchenette, Large living and dining-room, Double bedroom and Bathroom with shower.
The living room has also a double sofa-bed

Not included: final apartment cleaning €25,00, (additional charge of €10,00 per person in case of more than 2 persons); heating.
A caution of 30% of the cost of the stay must be paid at the moment of booking and won't be returned in case of cancellation.

Coming from North
Take the highway A1 (Direction Firenze), exit at Firenze Certosa and take the Supertrada Siena-Firenze direction Siena, then exit at Colle di Val d'Elsa Sud. Follow the way to Grosseto and Casole d'Elsa for exactly 7 Km. Turn then left at the white sign "Strada della Bufalaia" and continue for 1,5 Km till you find, again on the left side, a path leading to the house.
Coming from South
Take the highway A1 (Direction Firenze), exit Bettolle and take the superstrada to Siena. In Siena take the superstrada direction Florence and exit at Colle di Val d'Elsa Sud. Follow the way to Grosseto and Casole d'Elsa for exactly 7 Km. Turn then left at the white sign "Strada della Bufalaia" and continue for 1,5 Km till you find, again on the left side, a path leading to the house.
